How does shipping work?
Once payment has been processed for your order, we coordinate with the manufacturer to drop-ship directly to you.
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Do you have an item in stock?
Stocking levels typically represent our most recent inventory reports from manufacturers.
What is your return policy?
Some new, unopened items - within 14 days of delivery - may qualify for a refund. Opened items and special order items are not returnable in most cases. If we approve the return of an item, restocking fees of 25% will be assessed. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Returns of items in substitute packaging, in poor condition, or special order items are not allowed.
Demos: Although we cannot allow returns of opened or special order items, we do have access to demonstration products that we can provide if you would like to try before you buy. Please contact us for details.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
May I get a demo unit?
Although we cannot allow returns of opened items, we do have access to demonstration products that we will provide if you would like to try something before you buy it. At this time, demo units are only available for those representing businesses. Please contact us for details.
Must I always buy through your online store?
You may contact me or your dedicated Account Manager for customized purchasing, discounts, shipping, and installation options.
If I'm not a business can I still buy?
Absolutely! Even though we may be set up for B2B sales, we are more than happy to sell direct to everyone.
